Privacy

The Dallas Fort Worth IMS Users Group is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of its members. We understand that members need to be in control of their personal information.

Information Collected

E-mail addresses and other personally identifiable data about guests to this site are known to group's Steering Committee only when voluntarily submitted.

These email addresses are stored in a distribution list to be used for contact about upcoming meetings. If you do not have an email address, please contact one of the steering committee members.

Use of Information

All such information collected at or through this website by the Users Group will be utilized for the group's internal purposes only.

We will use the e-mail addresses and other personally identifiable information provided by the members solely for the normal activities of the group. For example, we send a meeting notice to members appoximately one month before each meeting.

We ask for your name and company name solely for the purpose of pre-printing badges for the meetings. If you do not wish this information to be stored, please feel free to omit it when you R.S.V.P., and hand-print your own badge as you register at the meeting. We ask that you still respond to the meeting invitation so that we may have a reasonably accurate count for handouts, etc.

Sharing of Information

The Steering Committee does not share any personally identifiable information provided by members with third parties in any fashion (including the sponsoring companies) without direct permission of the person involved.

Changes to Policy

The Steering Committee reserves the right to modify, alter or otherwise update this policy at any time; Notice of revisions to this policy will be posted at the main web page.
